| A non-refundable deposit of £80 (per week) is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation, the deposit only will be forfeited up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, and 50% cost of holiday if less than 6 weeks. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund if the property is not re-let. |
